I am thoroughly and completely DISGUSTED BY THE WAY THIS PLACE CONDUCTS BUSINESS. DO NOT GET A SINGLE POLICY WITH THIS PLACE BECAUSE YOU DEF WILL NOT BE IN GOOD HANDS. ALL THEY DO IS TAKE YOUR MONEY EVEN WHEN THEY AREN'T SUPPOSE TO. THEY ARE THIEVES AND GIVE ALLSTATE AS BAD NAME. AND WHEN YOU SO FINALLY GET SOMEONE TO ANSWER THE PHONE OR CALL YOU BACK THEY ARE RUDE! II WAS DOUBLE CHARGED IN THE MONTH OF APRIL BECAUSE THEY TRIED TO TAKE MY PAYMENT FOR MAY OUT OF MY ACCOUNT 2 WEEKS EARLY. THEY COMPLETELY SCREWED UP MY FINANCES AND THEN WOULDN'T COVER WHEN MY CAR GOT TOTALED BECAUSE IS THEIR SCREW UP. IM WARNING THE PUBLIC I WOULDN'T EVEN GET A POLICY FOR MY DOG WITH THESE PEOPLE!

I had Allstate for my home, 4 cars and 2 rental properties. Nonetheless, Jawad and his team were so non-responsive and difficult to work with, I moved to a new Allstate location nearer my home. Despite my desire to change agents, Jawad kept taking back my accounts and I would receive billing notices and policy updates from his LaJolla office instead of my preferred insurance broker. After 20 years, I finally switched everything over to State Farm. And then I received a notice from a Collection Agency trying to claim that I owed money to Jawad for accounts I had already closed when I switched to State Farm. Be careful walking into that office; it's hard to get back out.

I've been very happy with my experience with Allstate. Only one instance in which I had a problem/misunderstanding with a claim I had pending and a short e-mail to my agent, Mr. Bisharat and he got it resolved for me immediately. I could not be more satisfied with the service provided.
