Jason Wiegman - State Farm Insurance Agent

My wife has had nothing but issues with these people. When we got married we physically walked into the office and sat down with them . Michell changed her beneficiary on her life insurance from her ex to me.... two years later we discovered her ex husband was still freaking listed as beneficiary. So if she had died in that time, he would have gotten the money and her kids would have seen squat, while I would have been left covering her funeral. Then , more recently, we sold our old car and bought our sons truck from him. Our son bought his own car and got his own insurance elsewhere... yet we are still paying more for one vehicle than we did for both when we had them . We've tried contacting the agent multiple times, and the receptionist tells us he's not in but he'll call us back...

Unprofessional, costly mistakes that were not made right. I'm still paying for it. Even filed formal complaint with Corp. "Everyone hands are tied" 🙄 the company is so Departmentalized that they have no idea who's doing what and no one is held accountable. The customer pays the price... $$$$$ literally. Not a good neighbor.

Nothing but issues from this agents office while I like State Farm I feel as if there needs to be more education for the folks involved the receptionist seem nice but I do believe there is massive confusion on how to take care of customers were switching to Highlands office !!

Not very helpful and agent doesn't return calls. They canceled wrong policy and fail to insure new truck
