Ms.Diana Ramirez , she is doing an excellent work she answer all my questions, I have more than 10 years in this insurance company and it is cause she help me a lot.

Been a customer for over 10 years never had an issue until now. They have been having a lot of “computer issues” every time I call in to make my payment and now they said I missed my payment and want to double charge me. I sent in all my bank statements for each month showing that it’s paid but the staffs there was rude and I don’t believe they understand or know what the hell they are doing! First they said my August bill was missed so I showed them proof then they said it’s actually April that was missed so I showed them proof and then now saying January & March which all statement was shown paid! Now they want to say it’s a payment from last year! Horrible staffs and will not deal with this location again! Que was especially rude!

That is very bad it happened was I have been an accident I called the office but the girl keeps saying non-stop but don't listen to me what happened is and then whatever I'm saying they said they know it's well , reason why I did not listen and then the train from me to corporates they done finished for the agent jobs,did not involve what happened is

Where do I start. I had the pleasure to meet Mr.Huynh and his family last week. When I found out he was a State Farm representative, I decided to ask him about some great options that would meet my needs. I was so impressed by the knowledge he was able to share about the insurance industry. This location comes highly recommended by me and my family. If I could give 10 stars it would not be enough. I been with State Farm a little over two years now and honestly its been the best customer service I ever receive; their staff is welcoming and polite. Also want to give huge THANK YOU to Diana Ramirez who is the main agent that assist me, she goes above and beyond helping me with anything I need. Highly recommend her best part is she bilingual, speaking Spanglish is no problem 😊. Thank you again for all you done.
