After my rates had risen rather dramatically over the past couple of years I called and was basically told 'it is what it is' and that nothing could be done. And this is with no tickets or claims for many years. I wasn't overly pleased with that response and mentioned it to people I knew, some of whom told me that they were getting full coverage and more for what I was paying just for liability. Allstate took over all of my insurance two years ago. The prices are great, and so is the service. I've had multiple conversations with both Jason and Morgan for various questions, changes and just general information. The prices were lower than what I had prior, and just being able to pick up the phone and talk to a human has been amazing. I have a homeowners, two auto, renters, umbrella, and roadside policies.
