I’ve been very frustrated with the response time, lack of communication, and changes to my policy that ended up creating financial difficulties for myself. Been working with them since early December 2024 to get my policy dates changed around. Being on a limited income and having unexpected charges on my account has left me in a tight spot once again. It sucks that when you’ve been with a company for 20 years, first through family insurance and now my own policy, to feel like my concerns are falling on deaf ears. I am really disappointed in the lack of urgency to correct this matter.
