I was attempting to be a new customer. Twice now I've gotten the just after 4. They close at 5. Both times they were closed. Cars were in the parking lot, so I called. No answer. Apparently they don't like to make money. Open a Dairy Queen in Antarctica if you want to get away with closing early.

Called 3 times to make an appointment to become a new customer. Noone ever answers the phone. When I finally left a message, noone called me back. Guess they don't need customers.

Kevin Pedersen is a True Professional. He returns every phone call and is actully concerned with my needs. I had a claim and he was all over it. I can't tell how good that made me feel. Knowing that I have an insurance agent that has my back. If you are looking for a True Professional insurance agent this guy is it!

NEVER DEAL WITH THIS GUY JEFF JARVIS .... HE IS THE ABSOLUTE WORSE AGENT ON THE PLANET... AND HE DOES NOT FOLLOW THE AND DO WHAT NEEDS TO BE DONE.... WAS THE CAUSE OF MY POLICY GETTING CANCELED.... AND HE WOULD NOT REFUND ME MY MONEY FROM THE EARLY CANCELLATION ....... WHICH WAS OWED TO ME FROM A PRO RATE ..... THE ABSOLUTE WORSE !!!!!!!!! HAVE TO SUE HIM IN SMALL CLAIMS COURT
