What a mess. I cannot tell you how disappointed I was with this entire firm. I ended up having to switch everything back to my old company they really dropped the ball. If it seems too good to be true it is.. they had originally saved me so much money and in the end it didn’t even work and I had to switch back. The communication was sub par. No apologies for my experience, I would not recommend them unfortunately. All they did was create a very stressful situation.

I spoke to Jim with questions about our policy and he went out of his way to effectively answer our questions and provided us with good options and saved us money with great car insurance coverage. Jim is highly professional and courteous. Great service!

I too had a very subpar experience. The communication was lacking as I had many unreturned messages. My business was clearly not valued and the professionalism was lacking with Sarah. The lack of communication was disappointing considering I had great agents in NY. I switched my insurance provider and already have had a better experience.

Sarah and Maryann are the two women I have spoken with. They answered all of my questions and made sure I understood everything regarding my payments for my policy. I definitely recommend this office to anyone who wants answers regarding car insurance!

This office is Superb. Personel is outstanding. Very curtious, polite, very professional, and when you need them they are there to help you. I have been dealing w/ Maryann Diller, on ascale of 1 thru 10, I have to give Maryann and the rest of the staff @ Janine Tillman an 11.
