I would leave no stars if I could. This has been a trying experience the entire time she’s been my agent—inattentive and unable, apparently, to answer emails. My wife and I bought a house last summer and moved into it in September—I spoke with Jane at length about obtaining homeowners insurance and dropping our rental insurance, but also updating our vehicles to the new address. While she dropped the rental and picked up the homeowners insurance, she failed to update our address, so our new vehicle cards had our Old address on them, which we didn’t notice for months because in the process of moving I broke my foot, so my priorities were elsewhere.
