Jan Scriver - State Farm Insurance Agent

After over 50 years of home and auto coverage from State Farm, just imagine the total premiums paid, they have decided to cancel our car insurance because of 3 comprehensive claims! What a wonderful company! Hard to explain how discussed we are. Real special how they begin the cancellation letter with "Thank you for choosing State Farm for your insurance needs" what a joke. Always had excellent service from State Farm when we lived in Minnesota until a couple years ago.George Van Lith P.S. What a GOOD NEIGHBOR apparently Patrick Mahomes and company costs too much to take care of customers claims!! Of course its not the agents fault they tried to reason with the COMPANY but not happening.

Jody was so helpful when I stopped in today to pay my bill. She went above and beyond to move all accounts to one easy monthly auto payment. Much more than I anticipated walking in the door but when all is said and done, it relieved a burden I didn't know I had.

My husband and I have been State Farm customers ever since we were married in 1982 - and my husband even before that. We had an excellent insurance team at State Farm before the Scriver team and Jan has filled those big shoes extremely well. We couldn't be more pleased! We have been blessed in that we have had few claims over the years, but when we have had one, the Scriver team has been extremely responsive and professional. What's more, they've treated us as though we were family. We feel we are getting a great quality insurance for a very good value. We've been incredible pleased all these years. Go Jan & Team!
