State Farm agent Jaime Ciccone and her assistant Jennifer Ciccone are amazing! (In fact, the level of customer service provided by Jennifer - whom I've dubbed my very own "Johnny-on-the-Spot" - is totally incomparable and top notch.) Since the very beginning, they have been incredibly helpful and kind to me throughout all of life's ups and downs. No matter what, they respond quickly to each of my questions and “odd” inquiries while never once making me feel silly or like I am a bother. They also continually offer insightful and extremely helpful suggestions with my total best interests in mind. (Plus, they never forget to call to personally wish me a "happy birthday" every year!) They are simply awesome and I highly recommend them for all of your insurance needs!
