My experience with this State Farm office has been very frustrating. They do not resolve the issues I bring up, they constantly put me on hold, and when I try to call, they rarely answer. This shows a lack of commitment and customer service. I definitely expected better service from a company like State Farm, but unfortunately, I have not received it here.
