James Hawkins - State Farm Insurance Agent

Tried to get an insurance card at 6 am because my policy expired yesterday and i.was never emailed new cards.Tried to call and get it from the 1800 number and the refused. Told me i.would have to speak to my agent, were extremely rude and then hung up on me. The people I.pay for a service refused to provide it. Instead of a simple customer service call they have me pissed off switching inaurance so I can put food on my kids table. State Farm is trash.

Miss Regina is awesome! She helped me every step of the way! She answered all of my questions that I could think of and was very patient with me. Such a sweet lady! Glad I chose State Farm!

Regina Green was the agent that I spoke to. Very professional and kind when quoting my auto insurance quote. Because of my current tickets she had to work on it but she returned my call within about 5 to 10 minutes. I signed with them. Very satisfied with my service.

Regina is the absolute best. Love this agency and everything they've done for me and my wife. Regina deserves a raise she's such an incredible worker!
