The Company is NOT answering my calls or emails. I need to cancel my policy due to a total loss on my vehicle last month and I can’t get in contact with anyone! As a result I’m still stuck making payments on my policy, it’s insane!

I was looking for an affordable option to insure my property after receiving a very high renewal. They where very receptive and quick as I didn't have much time left. They guided me through the entire process of changing company and taking care of my bank insurance requirements. The best thing of all I'm saving good money. Next step transferred my auto policy . These people are easy to work with. Totally recommended.

My experience was awesome. The Haitian guy helped me lower my insurance bills. He searched among over 15 different companies and compare the prices for me. I will always recommend them because Evans explained me everything, and I felt very comfortable buying from him. Besides that he is always busy with clients when I call, he always help me find a solution....

I highly recommend calling these guys. They are the absolute best when it comes to getting your personalized insurance for what you need at the price you can afford. My entire family is insured through them and I’ve been happy with the services over the years. Stop wasting your time call JAL!

Incompetent beyond words. Today I had a claim and found out I don't have insurance. I have spoken to them about several other policies during the year and no one even bothered to notice that my homeowners had lapsed. I pay all my policies in full every renewal, and they didn't even bother to renew!!! No one called, no one emailed, they had completely wrong information on the policy... as I said, complete incompetence! Now I am on the hook for expensive repairs. Don't depend on them!
