We started using Jake Larson State Farm Insurance about a year ago when we moved to the area, and we couldn’t be happier. Every interaction has been extremely helpful, courteous, and upbeat. The entire team is super friendly, and Kelsey and Jeff always go out of their way to answer our questions and make sure we feel taken care of. It’s refreshing to work with an insurance office that truly cares about their clients. Highly recommend

I had an extremely frustrating experience that I feel other customers should be aware of. When I visited my local State Farm office to purchase a policy, I was told that an agent I had never met or spoken to — Jake Larson, located in a completely different city — had somehow claimed me as his customer. Because of this, my local agent was not allowed to help me until I contacted Jake Larson’s office and explained why I preferred to work with someone in my own town. I ended up having to call Jake Larson’s agency, justify my choice, and wait for them to grant permission for my local agent to sell me a policy.
