Jake Drennon - State Farm Insurance Agent

If this was just on politeness and customer service 5 stars. Unfortunately it is not. Dumpster fire is what I would uses to describe the office. I have been with state farm for 15 years now. Most recently they took my payment and placed it in a different account. Before that I was told for 2 years all my discounts were applied, speaking with multiple employees over a 2 year span. Which as it turns out was not being applied to my bill...for 2 years. This has all happened in the last 3 months. Whatever happened to this office needs to be undone as the quality of work is poor and getting worse.

I've been a State Farm member since '99 and have had many agents around the country. I switched to USAA in 2017 in order to streamline my accounts. It was a great experience and USAA was a top notch provider... However my premiums were so exorbitant. I called State farm for a quote and they were able to reduce my premium by 40%! My coverages all remained the same. I am so happy to be back at state farm

Jake Drennon’s team and State Farm have provided me with excellent service for over 30 years. They have handled all claims quickly and easily with little effort on my part. From my personal experience they are the best!

Horrible service on top of being extremely rude and unprofessional. They literally steal your money and walk away like nothing happened then when you call to rectify the issues they talk down to you as if you owe them anything more. Then they ask you for more money to fix the issue at hand. Highly recommend anyone else but these people. Terrible business!!

We've had State Farm Insurance for our cars and home for more than 30 years. Everyone in the office is very helpful, and and will patiently explain anything you don't understand. Looking for another insurance company, talk to Jake!!
