It was enough stressful to purchase our first house in Homewood, but Jacqueline Walker made the insurance procedure the most straightforward. Instead of only quoting us, she took the time to thoroughly explain the differences between "Actual Cash Value" and "Replacement Cost." After she described the potential cost of repairing a sewer pipe, we ultimately decided to add the Service Line coverage. Knowing that she's only a phone call away rather than a random 1-800 number gives me so much more confidence. Strongly suggested!
