My agent is Alyssa and she is amazing. Quick to respond, answers all questions above and beyond to help us understand our coverages. We are going on our second year for home and auto insurance with allstate and have not had to file any claims on our policies (so not sure on that process). Any issues or questions I have during our policy she is quick to assist with any troubles or questions. Highly recommend

I have been with Allstate for about three years now. I am very happy with them. I have had many insurance companies, but I’ve never had one that was so caring and concerned with my issues. I feel horrible about the claims that I’ve had to make in the past three years because I’ve never had to make so many claims. But they’ve jumped in and helped me with no questions asked. The service is impeccable. They go well out of their way to make sure that I am satisfied. They’re very caring And understanding. Ive had two accidents. They covered both of them. I had a home issue in my driveway. They covered that I had a car not start. They covered that they just go out of their way to make sure that I’m satisfied and I thank them for that.

Alyssa was awesome throughout the entire process. She communicated quickly and made sure everything that needed to happen got taken care of as soon as possible. In addition to that the home owners premiums were about half of what other providers were offering, so I highly recommend working with her.

Agent Jessica Nance was very knowledgeable, helpful in getting us the best rates for our 2 homes and 2 cars, Friendly, personable, and spent time with us to make sure we were happy with the plan that we chose.
