Got a policy on a Monday and paid in full that day for a year. $1600 and they call me Thursday tell me they can't cover me but have no information on how or when they will be refunding me. Meanwhile while I wait for lazy ginger to call me back I have had 3 different insurance companies call me and are able to cover me no problem. It took ginger 2 and a half hours to even start my policy when there. Would never recommend to anyone. I called allstate over the phone and was covered immediately
Good for awhile but unconcerned when cancelling a policy. Never advised of savings if switching insurance company. Saved ourselves $2300/yr. when switched on our own.
Friendly service they try to get you the best price we used to have insurance through them back in the 90's then when we moved back to Jacksonville we went to them once again .
Went here under recommendation that they would search for best deals across multiple companies. They did not.
