Jackie Sclair - State Farm Insurance Agent

We have been with Jackie (and her great assistant, Donna) for more than 20 years. TERRIFIC responsiveness and service and very honest advice (for example, when NOT to file a claim). Jackie covers our cars and house...and has no problem pursuing suggestions we have for reducing our premiums (for example, when we retired and were putting less mileage on our cars).

Jackie is amazing. She is extremely responsive and always willing to help. When I've found myself in a moment of need due to an unexpected accident, or an emergency insurance claim Jackie has always been there to give guidance, offer suggestions and help give assurance things will be ok. It's moments like those that are priceless. Don't be surprised if you get a call or card in the mail on your birthday, anniversary, or holiday. It's the little things that Jackie does that makes her so amazing. Why have a relationship with a 1-800 number when you can have Jackie Sclair on speed dial? Jackie truly makes a difference!!

We’ve been with Jackie Sclair State Farm Insurance for about the past 20 years or so and luckily never had a homeowners claim until now. Hail, of course. I called the 800 claims number and was assigned an adjuster who came out and did a very thorough roof inspection, looking for damage in places I never would think to look. Anyway, he finished about 11 am and by 2 pm I had my first payment direct deposited into my checking account. Payment within 3 hrs! The adjuster is now working with my roofing contractor fine tuning the roof replacement. While I have worked in insurance with another insurance carrier for 42 years, I was truly amazed at how fast and simple State Farm has made this process. Thank you State Farm!

Jackie's agency has handled all my personal policies (homeowners, rental dwellings, autos, personal articles, umbrella) for about 20 years. Their customer service and knowledge it top-notch and I wouldn't begin to consider switching agencies.
