Jackie Bridges - State Farm Insurance Agent

Jackie is so much more than Insurance Agent, she is a friend. She is my Dad’s current insurance agent and has been for almost 20 yrs. She was absolutely incredible to my dad and me, when my stepmom passed in October 2025, unexpectedly. During the most difficult time in my Dad’s life, Jackie took the time to meet with us, get everything took care with all of her policies. I can’t recommend her enough!!

My fiancée had been using Jackie for all of his insurance needs for years. I decided to get a quote & have been a happy customer and friend ever since. My daughter is also a happy customer. Jackie isn’t just our Insurance Agent she is a friend.

These people make you feel like you are apart of a big insurance family lol no lie. They go above and beyond to do whatever they can to get you the best quotes, discounts and the correct insurance that works or is better for you. I know they’ve saved me when I lady hit me luckily she did have insurance and Jackie, Payton or Mrs. Violet didn’t give up until I had a new car that I still have to this day and that was awhile ago. Jackie is our insurance lady! She has been after us to switch to State Farm Insurance for years! She found us a plan for our home and cars and is saving us a little money. She is smart, witty, and can check on policy issues quickly.

Usually they do not answer calls. Also a few times over the past few years, when I leave a message for them to call me back, they haven't. Just not pleased with the customer service here, mainly for these 2 reasons. However, when I am on the phone with Violet, she is always kind and helpful. I think they are short staffed and have been for quite some time now. Been meaning to switch to a different agent, just haven't gotten around to it yet.
