Jack Jewell - State Farm Insurance Agent

It used to be awesome but has sadly been harder to reach, costs go up almost every month for me. I miss when geri was there. She was awesome at customer service. Office staff has been so rude, condescending and unfriendly in my interactions with her. I want an agent that looks out for me and knows that I'm a client that helps him pay his bills and an worthy of respect. I've been with him for over 36 years. I've had awesome treatment, but it hasnt been the case for far to long. I was staying for loyalty, but if they don't see me as valuable, someone else might. Update 7/24/25 Jack called me himself to explain a situation that left me baffled. It was great to have him reach out and he was super respectful. Just takes a little bit to make someone feel important. Thanks So sad

10/10 highly recommend. I’ve had car, home, and life insurance with them for years and can’t complain! If you’re looking for agents with immaculate customer service that know what they’re talking about and do their best for all your insurance needs, call their office. Dacia and Jack are super friendly and very personable with their clients. Thanks guys!
