We purchased a piece of equipment that needed insurance and we found Jack Bradley. We couldn’t be happier to have found them. We like that they are local and we have an actual person we can call for our business insurance needs. Debbie handled our insurance needs and was very friendly and quick to help us. She worked very hard to make sure we could get insurance for our piece of equipment and explained everything to us. If you are a small business and you are looking for a more personal experience I would highly recommend them! We are very thankful to have found them!

I’ve been doing business with John Herrin with Jack Bradley insurance for several years now. One of the reasons that I continue to do business with him is that he’s not an order taker. John continuously reviews my policies and gives me strategic advice on how I can best cover my cars, my home and my business in the most affordable and effective way. I have had claims with my carriers in the past, and John has always been there to navigate the process and fight for my rights as an insured owner. Top-notch operation in my opinion. Today I learned a valuable lesson. I got curious about pricing for insurance and decided to shop around for business insurance for my tattoo shop. Which for some reason is like trying to insure a unicorn or dragon. Each place I called put me on hold, after gathering my information 3 times, transfered me to someone else who did the same. So what did I learn after 6 phone calls and 24 transfers. 1- Jack Bradley has the best customer service and ease of getting insurance 2 - they actually have insurance for my specialized business needs. 3- their English language is very understandable. 4- They ended up being the most affordable with the best coverage. Now I have a self afflicted migraine for no good reason. Do yourself a favor and just trust them. Or you can end up like me with double vision
