The people who work here are straight up rude feel they are entitled and better then all. This year Apple butter days became different and we went with it. But when an employee sees you struggling with a special needs kid and is more worried about his wife getting dirty or the car and she sits and glares at you and makes you feel low it tells me what kinda people work here.. learn to humble

Tylar Murray was extremely unprofessional and forced me into a Cigna marketplace plan I didn't need even though I told him in our first conversation that I was trying to avoid overlapping coverage. He then refused to let me speak to his supervisor and blamed me for his error. I literally would have done better on my own without a broker, than listening to Tylar. The secretary was also extremely rude when I tried to call the office.

My experiene with Gabe Cordova has always been class act. The issue of no returned calls has been resolved and I understand what happened. He took the time to call me after seeing the 1 review and I appreciated alot. I therefore would like to rate a 5.
