Based on my personal experience, I would highly advise taking your business elsewhere is you are personally looking for insurance. Across the course of two years, the communication from the JS Edwards & Sherlock team has fallen short. Working with agent Jessica Babin resulted in taking my business elsewhere, as her and the team demonstrated lack of customer care and did not acknowledge my needs/requests. Additionally, the insurance coverage provided is not competitive. When switching to another agency for homeowners insurance, they were able to provide comparable coverage using the same parent company for half the price quoted by JS Edwards & Sherlock. Through this change process, it was clear that several items were added to my policy/items changed that Jessica claimed were non-negotia
