I have been a customer for over ten years. I will be looking for another insurance provider. After my policy increased 40 percent (!!!) I called FIVE times and emailed simply inquiring the reasons why. I never got so much as a call back, though promised I would twice. For that reason alone we are looking into switching.

i’ve had insurance through this agency for over six months I have been satisfied up until recently . to keep it sweet and simple and not give too much detail of my horrific experience at this location , let’s just say they don’t value customers nor do they have any culture with its surrounding community. The secretary Scott is by far one of the rudest and unprofessional secretaries I’ve ever dealt with, not to mention one of the bertocku sons trying to throw down in the back parking lot due to a disagreement .. WORST INSURANCE ANGENCY EVER.
