J. Matthew Leach: Allstate Insurance

The women who work here are great and are very good at what they do. Unfortunatly, this once great location has moved to a call center removing the ability to actually speak with those people in the office. It's frusrating to them aswell. Just trying to notify the office of a mortgae company switch gets routed to a different country. Overpriced and the human aspect has been completely removed. Currently looking for new company/agency for these reasons.

Everyone was wonderful. From Allison in the office starting the claim very quickly to John Hanson the adjuster explains all the details. They made a very bad experience easier.

Why in the world does your call get routed to a call center in India when you're trying to call the direct line to the agency????? The call center is no help and clueless. It would be a lot simpler and way less hassle to be able to leave a message for that agency here in America if they don't answer. I will never use Allstate.

had no ideal my rental was so limited. my car is not expected to be ready til end of month. I have never had a car be in a shop very long so was taken aback by the limited rental coverage and quite frankly turned off by this. did not know I even have to ask about limitations on car rental. feeling grateful I had the cash for it but for sure not happy about this turn of events.

Everyone I have talked to on this team has been great. Easy to reach, actually call you back, they have answers to your questions and seem like they actually have your best interest in mind.
