J Lindeen Brown - State Farm Insurance Agent

Like a Government Employee (a bad one), State Farm is there. TLDR: I have never had so many issues with an insurance company in my life (Despite not making a single claim!). They are completely incompetent and every year they screw up something with my insurance. As of today, I have been given the run around for OVER two months trying to figure out why they switched my insurance price on me AFTER I paid, despite nothing changing on my end. I have now had state farm insurance through J Lindeen Brown for 3 years and I have spent more time trying to get them to fix their mistakes than all the other insurance companies combined that I had over my entire life. I rarely write negative reviews but feel like I need to in this instance. My husband and I had a poor experience here and he wrote a negative review. In response to that review they told us to switch insurances or switch agents. The reason for this review is not that they told us to do this. It is that instead of communicating with us by our contact info like email or phone they chose to "let us know" that we had till the end of the month by responding to my husband's review on a public forum. Which fortunately he happened to see but that is very much not a given as he rarely checks reviews. Sarah is the absolute best and is always a pleasure to talk. She was recently able to get my monthly bill significantly lowered. State Farm has always treated me good. But Sarah is the best.

I love my State Farm! Reasonable prices on my auto coverage, great discount options. Sarah at the Sutherlin, OR office is fantastic! She's always pleasant & very efficient!
