As somebody new to car insurance and not understanding all that goes into it, I truly appreciate this agency, especially this location. Every time I call, they're more than happy to give me a full lesson on deductibles, claims, anything I ask more info on. They helped me through my first car accident with putting a claim in, and explaining how everything works. Overall , it truly feel like they're on your side. Which is very refreshing to have these days.

On Monday, February 9th, I called to make a normal monthly vehicle installment to our account and was hit with confusing information by an agent team member. I was informed by this team agent that our monthly installment had been paid and we didn’t owe anything for February, but I knew this information was incorrect. I was also told our account was paid with a Visa card twice in January, which I knew was incorrect because for over 30 years we have only ever used a checking account to pay for our vehicle insurance. Receiving inadequate information about an account can be daunting, to say the least. I can’t say enough great things about Ismael Cantu’s team at State Farm! From the start to finish, their service was absolutely top notch. This has been the most FRUSTRATING and UNPROFESSIONAL insurance experience I’ve ever had. Ismael Cantu is completely IRRESPONSIBLE & refuses to communicate directly. He promises phone calls that never happen & relies entirely on his staff, who continuously provide conflicting & inaccurate information. At one point, they added the wrong vehicle to my policy & told me to go ahead & pay for it in full, promising reimbursement later. Who in their right mind would pay for a car they’ve never owned, seen, or driven?! That alone shows a shocking level of UNPROFESSIONALISM and CARELESSNESS.
