Iroquois Federal

I had been banking from this place for about 8 years and have recently transferred to a different bank.. Take my advice, if you want to bank from Iroquois Federal and you have an issue with something, call different locations, not this one. The people who work here are more rude than not, they are not professional in the way they solve issues and are terrible with communication and Conflict Resolution. For the amount of times that they make you change your password, calling to get back into your app would probably give you anxiety because of these people‘s consistent sour attitude. These people prefer to argue and give you ultimatums, Instead of handling your issue. you’re gonna end up calling Corpo to get your issue resolved. (It’s happened on multiple occasions) Which is a Bad quality to

I have banked here for over 30 years. The staff is always friendly and helpful. Their fraud department has caught suspicious activity on our account multiple times and stopped bank fraud in it's tracks. I highly recommend banking with Iroquois Federal in Danville!

Astoundingly poor customer service. New to the state, Iroquois Federal clearly didn't want our business in opening a new bank account with a large sum of money. We opened a bank account down the street at First Financial Bank, much nicer, customer oriented folks there.

went in to ask a question regarding services, nobody greeted me or helped me at the door, tellers were VERY rude. not pleased with the customer service. 100% do NOT recommend this bank to ANYONE!!!!!!

My girlfriend has accounts here. We were hard pressed, to NOT find a teller on their cell phone; (all 4 of them out of 6). Even the 2 on their thrones behind the main teller window. It was like a major inconvenience to get one to put her phone down long enough to wait on us. That being said, we traveled to her mother's house in Bourbonnais mid week, and SURPRISE!! Tellers in that branch (3 of them), had their faces buried in their cell phones as well when she had to go in there. Why does the management allow this? For goodness sake management, DITCH THE EMPLOYEE CELL PHONES AT WORK!! Most employers don't allow this. She felt more like a hindrance than a customer.
