My policy is up for renewal and the notice said I was eligible for a paid-in-full discount if I contacted AssuredPartners to make arrangements. I sent an electronic message Monday and left a voice mail message on Tuesday. It is now Friday, I never heard back from AssuredPartners, and my bill is due Monday. I will be switching to a different agency for my business.

I tried to ask a question about car insurance rates so they could shop around for a better rate. After several WEEKS and 6 phone calls (in which I was told that someone would CALL me back immediately each time), I finally received an EMAIL. Terrible customer service in this regards. I am not sure they even shopped for a better car insurance deal as I found better deals on my own. They told me that was the best rate they had.

I forget her name, but whoever you all sent to my job to explain the insurances was pretty impolite and rude when I was only asking her questions. she was a dark haired lady on the heavier side has no idea how to talk to people

I called a within minutes my insurance problems were resolved. Thanks to the wonderful staff.
