Integrity Insurance and Financial Services - Blue Cross Blue Shield

I am so glad I signed up with Integrity for my Medicare Supplement and prescription plan. I have a place to call and receive answers almost immediately. I start Medicare soon and am learning things from friends that I am uncertain about. I just call Integrity, share my concern, and receive an explanation which eases my concern. Thank you to all who work at Integrity. You are making this new adventure in my life so much easier.

They are supposed to be a representative of Blue Cross and are supposed to be an intermediary so you don’t have to deal with Blue Cross. I have been with them for 7 years. They keep discontinuing my plans. Then the ‘next’ plan is double the price. They can’t get the spelling of my last name right. Today they wanted me to contact Blue Cross directly. Recently, I forgot to cash a check from Blue Cross. They told me to call Blue Cross. So I asked her why I should buy through them and not Blue Cross directly. They want to sell the plans but not help you! Because I put my foot down, a lovely lady named Megan stepped in and has been in constant contact with me about her research. So far Blue Cross has denied any knowledge of the check. So I obviously really needed their help.

Im frankly surprised to see high ratings. Every year at sign up time is constant mistakes on policies and money, misinformation, poor customer service. They either have the wrong information or blame mistakes on bcbs. Im questioning my own reasoning for even using this company another year.

Kelsey was so well informed about answering my questions regarding my remaining deductible as it relates to an increase in one of my meds. She was knowledgeable about getting that information and an alternate plan to reduce the amount I'd have to pay in the future. She even sent me a GoodRX coupon. She is kind, patient, and personable.
