Anytime I ask them to do anything they pretty much would act like they would do it and never would. They were very unorganized. I asked them to move my payment back two days and they said it No problem of course they did not move my payment back two days. And my account went into the negatives and got charged with fees. Complete trash, I would go somewhere else.

Never a missed call. Never an overlooked email. We all have insurance as a safety net that we hope to never use, but knowing that this team has my back is the best part of it all. It is rare these days that I have a rave about great customer service, which is sad, but Phillip Walden at Integrity is so good that I should be able to write a 5 star review for every time I have outstanding service. Not only does he respond to all my questions and requests in minutes but the insurance I have (home & auto) with a good company is less expensive than all the Internet rates I could find. The value of having an attentive insurance agent is so assuring.
