Integrity

I had a terrible experience working with Integrity Insurance. I was hit by a driver who had this company. It has been about a month since the accident and things STILL aren't completely resolved. I worked with Kim and Tanisha. Tanisha was somewhat helpful and prompt in her responses. Kim was helpful over the phone, but would change what she said or how it would be handled after we hung up. My car was not drivable after the accident. It was brought to a body shop and I tried to let them start a damage estimate, but Integrity told them not to. About a WEEK passed, and they finally got someone out there from their company to "asses the damages." His assessment was strictly cosmetic. He did not attempt to drive the vehicle or look for internal damage. After we got the estimate from Integrity

I have to say Integrity insurance is the worst insurance company ever no communication no loyalty. Just don’t understand why they’re in business. Looking for answers.

This company will convince you will be covered for any accident. Then when you make a claim they will do anything in their power to deny your claim leaving you with hefty bills. I wouldn't trust them to insure my push lawn mower. Run away and go somewhere else to avoid huge headaches and being talked to like you are 6 years old.

Jackie was very helpful in getting our policy set up for us. She made sure that we were getting the same or better coverage than we already had, and compared rates for us. She promptly answered any questions we had. Excellent customer service!!

Very frustrated with this company. I have been with them for almost 9 years and the last 6 have been terrible... They do not answer there office phone or respond to emails. Now most recent I totaled my vehicle December 26th and still arguing with them on the settlement.. I have asked to talk to the manager or person above my Claims person out of WI and they will not let me... Will be shopping my insurance out very soon.
