But I never switch from here, it’s a family agency and my whole family has been in this agency for the past 25 years. One time I left because my premium increased and a few months later I went back. Monique is great doing the homeowners she makes us feel like we’re family. Karina is the new agent. Learning from the best she is kind and very talkative.
