My experience with this insurance broker has been extremely frustrating. They brokered a medical and prescription plan for the company I work for. Today is Jan 21st and I am not able to fill my prescription because I have not been provided the card. I was told by the broker I would have the temporary card yesterday. That would call me and email me. Silence has been the response. It’s my first year with this broker. If this agency broker service is a reflection of the actual health and prescription meds service to be delivered, the attorney generals offices across the US will find itself with mountains of complaints.
