This insurance company is a scam. I canceled my policy couple months ago and yet they still are charging my bank account for hundreds of dollars. This not just happened to me but my brothers girlfriend also. Definitely a scam company who just charges your bank account if your one to not check your statements.

I had insurex for about 4 years! First 2 years were okay. Price was stable, only hiccup they wouldn’t send my current policy to the dealership and my car would always get shut off. On top of that, they wouldn’t take foreverrr to answer the phone sometimes they wouldn’t even answer. Over time my policy would just increase without letting me know what the cause of increase was. Eric was very helpful very professional, always helped the best to his ability. Other people in the office are horrible. Oh & trust me when I say they never answer the damn phone. You’re lucky if you go in person and find the location actually open. Switched my insurance to a different agency and SAVE almost $130 monthly for full coverage on both vehicles.

DO NOT RECOMMEND!! Change prices and day of payments without letting you know. Very rude to clients. When things are good they're great but when something happens and you need them they dont answer the phone nor do they return phone calls. Bad experience overall do not recommend!

They never answer the phone. I can call all day and nothing. SMH horrible.
