I have been getting daily calls, voice mails and texts from this company for a few weeks now about a quote that I supposedly requested. I have asked every person I've spoken with to please stop contacting me. Yesterday a very apologetic man told me he would take care of it. Just got another voice mail. It feels petty to leave this review but enough already. Update 2/3 The calls and voicemails just keep coming. Update 2/11 New voicemail today

Robert Johnson was rude to me and my mom. He was never timely about getting back to me about condo insurance. He charged my mom’s credit card on August 6th but did not send the contract until August 8th. He did not respond when I asked how he was doing (to me, a red flag). When I messaged him, he did not apologize and replied in all caps. Because of this experience, we are switching to another company. If this is how we were treated when paying him, I worry about how we’d be treated when filing a claim. Update: I had my mom sign a cancellation request at Johnson’s officeon Friday the 8th of August. He did not give us a copy, and I later learned it was not submitted until at least after Monday morning, August 11th. Instead, at around 4 AM on August 9th, he resent the contract for the polic
