– Poor customer service I got an insurance policy with this agency last week through sales representative Karla Michelle Benavides, and it was set up incorrectly. When I contacted them to fix the issue, they did not help at all and took no responsibility. I ended up canceling the policy and going to another agency to get proper coverage. Very disappointing experience. I do not recommend this agency.

Mr. johnson was so helpful and relatable during the phone call. this was my first time getting insurance and he explained everything. i didnt feel rushed or felt like i was asking nonsense questions. 10/10 i recommend.
