VERY MONEY HUNGRY. WILL IGNORE YOUR CLAIMS AND KEEP YOU WAITING FOR ACTUAL CLAIM ASSISTANCE BUT CALLS YOU EVERY MONTH BEFORE YOUR DUE DATE. MONEY BASED NOT HELP BASED. This is only good for looking like you’re covered but in all actuality- they won’t help you or another persons car even with full coverage. They want to frustrate you into saying forget them and just handle things yourself. WORST INSURANCE COMPANY EVER .YOU MIGHT AS WELL GET THE CHEAPER SHIT WITH THE EXACT SAME PROTOCOL

Really finding this service to be a pain I am saddened by the threats and constant mail that has been sent to me. And the fact after repeatedly telling the sales assistant my name he still proceeded to get it wrong. 🤔😭 And now they send me another packet saying I need a driver sales assistant put it as non driver 🙄like if you can't understand what I am saying send my money back and I will happily go to another service. I can only imagine if God forbid I was ever in a accident. They would take years to pay out, or better yet cancel me.

substandard!!! Premiums are high and at any point from their own mistakes will raise your premiums, need to actually use your coverage good luck! You’ll be paying out of pocket, then find yourself in legal battles because they won’t pay out! $500 a month vs $100 month is a no brainer you’re not saving money you’re over paying! For reference 30+ full coverage one person one vehicle compared to getting Statefarm $100! You’ll regret it everyday!
