It was the follow-ups and the calls to keep us informed on our insurance policies I've been with State Farm Insurance since I was 16 years old I'm 65 and never got a call from them always had the initiate the call. When our son AJ told us about Erie we switched immediately from State Farm. Rebecca has been a pleasure. I've been with Erie for a while and they have been absolutely the best. I have never had any issues unlike some of their competitors. I recently purchased another car and while at the dealership, they contacted my agent to get the insurance information. Before they called, I was informed that they were also agents for Allstate insurance and insisted on giving me a great deal. One that I couldn't resist. When Mr. Walker from Insurance Works quoted the premium for my full coverage, you could hear a pen drop. My new rates for my new car was approximately 55% less than my quote from Allstate.
