We just had to renew our insurance through the marketplace and this was the first time we used an agent to help us pick a plan. Victor spent over an hour on the phone explaining our choices, advising us on what would work best for our family and then did the application for us. He was probably one of the nicest, most patient people I've ever dealt with and it didn't cost us anything! I'm kicking myself for not finding victor sooner.

Victor was wonderful helping me choose the best policy. I had a two week notice that my insurance was being canceled and Victor worked with me the Sunday following the notice and helped me stay insured. I was referred to Insurance warehouse by a friend. This was my first year in the marketplace for a health care plan outside of my former employers plan so I came with plenty of questions. I was initially greeted by Kelly who I found to be courteous and helpful. Victor met with me for my first meeting and I think I spent almost 2 hours in his office. I found him to be informative, polite and most of all patient. My second meeting we zeroed in on a plan that will suit my needs in the coming year.
