I've Always have a great experience being helped by Insurance Specialist Agency in Marysville. Over the last few years I've been help by Matt. He's always been great at explaining things and helping keep our insurance coverage up to date. Today Matt was a tremendous help at getting our Auto policy figured out to add our teen driver to our policy and adjustments to have the coverage we needed at a cost we were comfortable with. I had lots of questions and asked for a lot of examples of cost vs coverage options. It was a long phone call but he did not hesitate to get me all the answers and examples I needed to make my decision. Thanks again

Let me start off by saying everyone I have ever worked with in this office is wonderful. However, my husband just hit a raccoon two Mondays ago and it has nothing but a hellish nightmare. Here is a post he uploaded to Facebook: "I hit a raccoon two Mondays ago. It went up under the vehicle and damaged the condenser, radiator, and oil pan. We filed a claim with Meemic insurance company which has been great to us in the past. However, this time is drastically different. They have since told us they will only cover it as collision and not comprehensive. In fact, the manager's exact word were 'A raccoon may have been involved, but it didn't cause the damage.'
