Insurance Planning Services “Alabama’s Choice for Coverage”

Insurance Planning does not answer the phone. I called 15+ times between March 2025 and August 2025 to add a Camper to my policy. I could never get an answer or call-back and decided to take my business (Home, Autos, Umbrella) elsewhere. I got a good chuckle when I received a "Thank You" email telling me what a valued customer that I am ... HA!
