Caller didn't announce themselves or the company. When asked what the call was about he hung up the phone. Very Unprofessional

I was lied to about the health insurance policy the rep at Insurance Pipeline (located in Fort Lauderdale, FL) set up for me. This foul up with my policy was detrimental to my current health situation. Not only was the first guy I spoke with extremely rude, but the next guy also lied to me about some critical aspects of my policy. This is unacceptable behavior for any licensed insurance agent. Do not use this company unless you like being treated rudely and being lied to. The name of the broker both agents said I needed to have on my policy was Rodrigo Dasilva. I guess he hired both of these unprofessional, rude, lying agents.

Felicia J (broker) was exceptional,. Her customer service was very awsome. I was having problems with my health care provide, she stuck with me until it was resolved. It took several hour and 3 days for my health insurance provider to finally get the problem corrected in their system. I love and appreciate her dedication to making sure that all was well and my problem was resoved. THANK YOU FELECIA!!!
