First phone call seemed fine. I gave payment info and my social. I was notified via email they “didn’t have” the information. After a clarifying phone call, the information was temporarily lost. After a year, I inquired about adding a home policy. I chased up after a week of waiting. Gary gave me a “the dog ate my homework” excuse stating that I should check my spam. Since we have emailed numerous times, this was not an adequate response. I was then informed that their online system was having issues. I have canceled my auto policy and have been happy with my other provider who is prompt with phone calls and emails. It appears as though Gary struggles with bookkeeping and organization. If you would like appropriate responses and your documents secured, please look elsewhere.

I know buying insurance can be a little stressful but but based on a recommendation, I stopped into Insurance Outfitters and was pleasantly surprised by the environment, service, and most importantly the rates. It’s a family run business with both son’s (Teddy and Ben) providing a high level of service as their Mom and Dad do a great job of leading by example! They are highly recommended and you are in for a great experience even if you are just calling for a quote.

This is a fun, family run agency. They are all kind, professional, timely and courteous. When I first signed up with Insurance Outfitters the team saved me over $650.00 per year compared to what I was paying with ********! To this day, they are still the best value in town...and I do check periodically! I highly recommend bringing all of your insurance needs to Insurance Outfitters in Cedarburg!!!

Great family-run business that offers caring service. They also don't forget about you after you've signed a policy. They saved us money by combining our home and auto policies, eliminated unnecessary coverage and helped us navigate through our multiple teen drivers.

These guys are great! This is a family agency and there just very freindly and personable.There office in Cedarburg is a fun experience to be inside of, its like being inside a log cabin in the northwoods, very cozy and folksy. You'll like doing biz with this agency. Ed
