My family uses her for insurance and needed help with a claim filing, they went to her and she refused to help, told them they should not be calling her for claims. Then where are they supposed to go? Your voicemail and website do not give another number or email to call and all of their insurance is through you. Shame on you making money off of people and not even willing to kindly guide them in the right direction when that’s all you needed to do, not be rude. I will be complaining and asking for a new agent. Horrible customer service.
