It use to be a good business, but since 2022, whoever was in charge curranty is not, I send them two business. But they fail to follow up back, send me information to email. It is one person operation, will not wastes my time to call them anymore. It is not a good business anymore. I will not do business with them anymore.

I was not given any prior notice that my auto and homeowners insurance was not renewed. I was then lied too by advising me not to worry that I was still going to have insurance with the same company under a different program and that I would shortly receive a letter confirming this. When I went to the office, I was told no one could help me because my representative was on vacation. I obtained insurance with another company. I saved $ 750.00!
