I just had a situation where I mailed my Home Owners Insurance payment and the check hadn't arrived after a week of being mailed. I spoke with Desiree' and explained everything to her. I am so appreciative of her keeping in touch with me regularly to let me know if they received the payment since it was getting close to the deadline! Dropped the ball. You were barely used for anything during my and when I finally needed you to cancel my policy and send it to the carrier you sat on the request. The rep that advised the cancelation had neen sent was extremely rude. Not professional, yet yall have no problem getting your cut of my premium every year.
