Our insurance went up an excessive amount for seemingly no reason upon our annual renewal. My wife tried to get to the bottom of it and was initially given wrong information as to the reason for the price change. I got involved and told them that this needed to be looked into further, as the reason given for the price increase did not make sense. I was immediately met with the option to leave them and go else where. I told them that I would first need to resolve this issue, as we are owed hundreds of dollars. After weeks of waiting and getting no progress on the issue, I decided to reach out to Traveler's insurance myself. Even then I had to escalate the issue once again to a manager in order to get any real answers. They finally fessed up to making a mistake and even then it took sev

Absolute joke. Untrained staff give documents without knowing what they’re doing. Clearly, no one cares in this office. They just want to make money. Do not recommend.

I wanted to get a quote from a local independent insurance agency to see if I could save some money on my auto and renters insurance. Fred Gerke is the best insurance agent I've had always a great reception also he does try to get the best deal for you so I highly recommend dumping your other insurance agents and going to see him that's if you want to save money and lots of it
