I’ve been a customer here for over ten years, never really had a problem that required much of a thought after I left the door. However, one of the female insurance agents(TS) has never left a good impression on me. Recently I did have an experience with her over the phone that has ultimately caused me to no longer be a customer here. Not only were the rates I recieved from her significantly more than what I ended up paying for the same company(progressive)but through the website, but the way she spoke to me is what made my decision. Some people just don’t know how to communicate. i don’t feel I needed to be essentially spoken down to because my financial situation is different than the past.
